I Am So Freaking Mad
Ok...from the top.
Last Thursday I was on my yahoo email before class, as well as during my second class of the day.
School let's out at 2:50, I was in the school library and tried to get on my yahoo account at 3:05 or 3:10, it kept saying my ID or password was invalid.
I typed slow, payed attention to the keyboard so I wouldn't misspell, looked at the screen when I finished typing to make sure I didn't misspell, but it wouldn't let me on...I tried over and over.
Surprisingly they wouldn't let me re-set my password online.
How the hell else am I to do it?
I emailed Yahoo's "Customer Care" (today I'm thinking care my ass), gave them my MSN email.
They emailed my MSNsaying they'd email again in 24 hours, this was Thursday, it is now Thursday again.
I STILL can't log on, STILL can't reset my password.
I emailed Customer Care again, this time wrote something in the comments section of the form, they once again sent my MSN an email saying they'd email in 24 hours.
Does anyone have the SLIGHTEST clue as to what MIGHT be going on with my Yahoo?
If it helps to know, I've been using the school computers AND public library computers.
The other day Yahoo emailed me something about how to add or subtract contacts from my contact list, but how am I to do that when I can't sign in?

ie: my guitar is still in the shop. Been there for almost a month. A single, tiny, twenty cent screw is all that is keeping her from coming home.
ie: Support @ NCSoft - five days for the email for my password reset, when the man on the phone said it would be immediate. he ended the email with "Sorry it took so long. I forgot." By the time I got the email, the promotion was over. =(
remember though, after a few failed login attempts Yahoo shuts down your account and you can't log in for a few hours. Try again a few times if you can!

no no no lol - i meant a promotion as in the promotional offer. There was a free giveaway so long as you were able to actually log in, and i missed it because he didn't give me back the password reset.@trynstopme - oh ok lol...still, that bastard
