how to stop
i think i may be starting to depend on food emotionally.
my "home life" is hell, food doesn't care if you want it 1 minute & not the next, it doesn't care what you've done to others, i have depression as well as bi-polar or something but i really don't want to take pills, food can be there when no one is.
has anyone ever experienced being emotionally dependant on food, & can tell me how to stop?

I'm sorry to hear about your circumstances and of how unbearable things have become, but sometimes you just have to believe, you have to perservere. Find the things you love, the dreams you hold, and chase them down. It's not enough to wait for tomorrow. -I hope you can be happy.
If you look at food as a source of fuel, it's easier to rationalize not eating for any other reason.
Also, eating foods high in protein - things that fill you up - will make you want to eat less.
